On the menu tonight:
- Chicken with low-salt breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning
- Organic Baby Spinach and Lettuce with Italian Dressing
- Ziti and spaghetti sauce
Chicken Tenders with Italian Seasoning
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Fill a bowl with water
- Put no-salt breadcrumbs on a plate
- Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
- Dip chicken in water, then coat with breadcrumbs
- Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Italian season on top of chicken
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness of meat
Ziti and Spaghetti Sauce
- Boil water for ziti
- Heat spaghetti sauce on low heat
- Once water boils, cook ziti for about 10 minutes
Baby Spinach and Greens
- Rinse lettuce
- Add vegetables as desired (cucumber, grape tomato, shredded carrots)
- Serve with Italian Dressing
Set the table, pour your drinks and then it’s time to serve dinner. 🙂
