What’s for Dinner? Chicken and Pasta

Are you looking for something quick and healthy to make for your family in 30 minutes or less?

On the menu tonight:

  • Chicken with low-salt breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning
  • Organic Baby Spinach and Lettuce with Italian Dressing
  • Ziti and spaghetti sauce

Chicken Tenders with Italian Seasoning

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Fill a bowl with water
  • Put no-salt breadcrumbs on a plate
  • Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
  • Dip chicken in water, then coat with breadcrumbs
  • Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Italian season on top of chicken
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, depending on thickness of meat

Ziti and Spaghetti Sauce

  • Boil water for ziti
  • Heat spaghetti sauce on low heat
  • Once water boils, cook ziti for about 10 minutes

Baby Spinach and Greens

  • Rinse lettuce
  • Add vegetables as desired (cucumber, grape tomato, shredded carrots)
  • Serve with Italian Dressing

Set the table, pour your drinks and then it’s time to serve dinner. 🙂
