Do you need a few ideas to make your home more festive for fall?  Here are a few simple things you can do to spruce up your place for the fall season.

Start at your front door

Update your planters with some fall flowers.  Mums are great for your planters, and are hardy enough to survive the colder temperatures.

Consider updating your door mat for a fall theme, such as the scarecrow one pictured below.

Decorating the inside of your home

Next, update the decorations on your dining room table. Just a few new placemats in a fall theme can brighten up your room.

Lastly, add a touch of color with some fall mums.  We placed these raspberry mums in a planter for the living room mantel.
