Are you tired of digging through cables and cords only to realize you didn\u2019t find the right one?\u00a0 Look no further.\u00a0 Check out these ideas for organizing and storing your phone chargers, USB cables, and camera chargers.<\/p>\n

Start with a Bin<\/h3>\n

An inexpensive way to organize your chargers and cables is in\u00a0a small bin or basket.\u00a0 A clear plastic bin, the size of a small shoebox, will get the job done and cost about $1.\u00a0 By placing all of your chargers and cables in one location, they will be easier to find.\u00a0 You’ll want to place the bin in a central location, preferably where you normally charge your devices.\u00a0 Consider storing the bin in your office, bedroom or kitchen cabinet.<\/p>\n

Upgrade to a Bin with Dividers<\/h3>\n

If you have a lot of small cords and cables, you may want to consider something with compartments or dividers.\u00a0\u00a0 A bin that’s about the size of a shoebox seems to work best for us.\u00a0 You can make something on your own, or buy one that\u2019s already made.\u00a0 We found these at Target.<\/p>\n

\"Charger<\/a><\/p>\n

Rubbermaid makes this line of\u00a0bins called bento, which have flexible dividers.\u00a0\u00a0 So if you need one area to be a little larger, you can fold in the dividers.\u00a0 If you opt to keep the divider\u00a0out, you will have more compartments, but they will be smaller.<\/p>\n

These pre-made storage containers came in a few sizes, so we opted for the small and medium ones.\u00a0 These cost between $10-20.\u00a0 They also make larger ones which are a little more expensive.<\/p>\n

\"Charger<\/a><\/p>\n

They are a little expensive, compared to a small plastic bin.\u00a0 However, it will keep everything organized,\u00a0so\u00a0it\u00a0will save you the cost of running out to buy a replacement charger for the one you can’t find. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Once you place your cables in the sections, be sure to label each section.\u00a0 This will keep everything neat and organized.<\/p>\n

Consider a Charging Station<\/h3>\n

If you have several devices that always need charging, then a charging station might be for you.\u00a0 Ours came with a power strip so that multiple devices can charge at once.\u00a0 The power cords are stored in the charging station, so you never have to dig for another cord again.\u00a0 When you need a charge, simply plug in your device.<\/p>\n

Our station was in plain view, so we opted for a nice leather one.\u00a0 It cost under $50 at the time, but there are certainly less expensive ones available.<\/p>\n

Do you still have too many chargers or cables?<\/h3>\n

If you still have too many chargers or cables,\u00a0consider storing items together.\u00a0 For example, we don\u2019t use our camcorder very often.\u00a0 So the charger is stored in the bag with the camcorder.\u00a0 We do the same thing for\u00a0our son’s camera.\u00a0 When his camera needs charging, the power cord is right there in the bag.<\/p>\n
